Located in Jersey City’s historic Van Vorst Park neighborhood, this full gut renovation reimagines a 19th-century brownstone for a family of four. Inspired by the clients’ love of French design, the home balances timeless elegance with modern functionality, thoughtfully blending restored historic details with contemporary living.

Our scope included concept development, space planning, FF&E selection, and construction administration in collaboration with Agencie Group. Highlights of the project include meticulously restored architectural details recreated using 3D-printing technology, custom chevron hardwood flooring, bespoke millwork, statement mural wallcoverings, richly layered natural stone, and thoughtfully curated interiors that combine vintage finds with contemporary furnishings. The result is a warm, sophisticated home that celebrates its historic character while supporting the evolving needs of everyday family life.
